Partner-Compliance
1. Introduction
This Partner Compliance Policy outlines the requirements and responsibilities that apply to all business partners, resellers, and integrators accessing the 2SkyMobile LLC platform and connectivity infrastructure.
2. Onboarding Verification
All prospective partners undergo a verification process prior to account activation. This process may include:
- Verification of financial standing where applicable
- Assessment of regulatory compliance readiness
- Review of intended use case and business model
- Authorized representative identification
- Business entity verification and registration documentation
2SkyMobile LLC reserves the right to decline onboarding at its sole discretion.
3. Sanctions Screening
All partners are screened against applicable sanctions lists, including but not limited to:
- National sanctions lists of relevant jurisdictions
- UN Security Council Sanctions
- EU Consolidated Sanctions List
- OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
Screening is performed during onboarding and periodically throughout the business relationship. Partners identified on restricted lists will be immediately suspended.
4. Acceptable Jurisdictions
Services may only be resold or distributed in jurisdictions where such activities are legally permitted. Partners must not provide connectivity to:
- Regions identified as high-risk without prior written approval
- Jurisdictions where telecommunications services require local licensing the partner does not hold
- Comprehensively sanctioned countries or territories
5. Partner Compliance Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for:
- Promptly reporting suspected violations or security incidents
- Cooperating with 2SkyMobile LLC in compliance investigations
- Implementing adequate anti-fraud and abuse prevention controls
- Providing appropriate privacy notices to downstream customers
- Ensuring lawful collection and processing of end-user data
- Maintaining all necessary licenses and registrations in their operating jurisdictions
6. Ongoing Compliance Monitoring
2SkyMobile LLC may conduct periodic compliance reviews of partner activities, including traffic analysis, usage pattern review, and adherence to contractual terms. Partners agree to cooperate with reasonable audit and review requests.
7. Enforcement
Non-compliance may result in corrective action, including suspension or termination of platform access. Material or repeated violations may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
